P15 is a personal, holistic development plan conceptualized by judi Love bowman, global life coach and director of On Top of the World (OTOW) Trainers. She developed this framework after Brenda Hale, president of the Roanoke, Virginia branch of the NAACP, invited her to deliver the 2013 Freedom Fund keynote address. She had been studying and praying for the speech when Roxbury Presbyterian Church in Massachusetts asked her to preach; the first Sunday in November, 2013, she preached “P15”. The historic timing of the presentation of this plan coincides with the 50th anniversary year of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.’s I Have a Dream speech; the 100th anniversary year of the Women’s Suffrage Parade; and the 150th anniversary year of the Emancipation Proclamation. Each individual will study and have further discourse about each of the fifteen principles of P15.
In September, 2014, dr. judi and one of her armor bearers took the More Love Movement and P15 to Ferguson, Missouri. In January, she taught P15 as the keynote speaker for the Roanoke, Virginia SCLC "Martin Luther King, Jr." Awards program. She hopes that individuals and organizations across the country will adopt and teach the 15 principles of the P15 paradigm.
December 15, 2015 from 5pm until 8pm, judi Love along with her family and the More Love Movement will host a holiday reception, dinner and gifting suite to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ and the pre-release of the "P15 Pass Book: America's Passport for Unity". This event will be held at the Community Action Center, 1427 Melrose Avenue, NW Roanoke,VA USA, December 15, 2015, 5pm until 8pm. The Master of Ceremonies will be Rev. Amy Christine Hodge Ziglar; the hosts of the gifting suite will be Rev. Dr. Alonzo and Lady Regina Smith. Evangelist Vonda Wright, the Jerusalem Baptist Church Praise Team along with Gospel rapper, "YTOnDaTrack" will perform to the song, "Glory." In honor of P15, the first 15 families will receive a free turkey dinner, provided by the "My Brother's Keeper" Club.
The goal of Project 15 is give each of us-- all colors, ethnicities, ages and genders--the opportunity to develop personal, family and community goals, mission statements, “villages” and plans for holistic development, peace and success.
The focus is UNITY, ORDER, FAITH, JUSTICE, PEACE and EQUALITY.
Individuals and organizations that plan to implement P15 will have access to consultations from the team at OTOW Trainers:
3018 Melrose Avenue #6085 Roanoke, VA 24017 firstname.lastname@example.org
The fifteen principles, which serve as symbols in the P15 Paradigm, which are outlined in the book are:
